Aiming for “Washoku for everyone”, we would like people around the world to enjoy our cuisine by lowering the threshold of Japanese cuisine that gives the impression of being nervous. The ideal is a shop where you can build a troupe and feel a sense of unity with your customers. In addition, through workshops and events in Japan and overseas, we are engaged in food-related activities with the desire to deepen people’s interest in and understanding of Japanese cuisine.
