The biggest seafood lovers meet at the port of Fontvieille, at the Perles de Monte-Carlo. Brice Cachia and Fréderic Rouxeville, two trained biologists, launched into the refining of marine products in 2011, in a region where the oyster farming tradition is almost non-existent.
