Our meat products are raised humanely, giving each bowl a distinct, artisanal quality. Following a Japanese philosophy of cooking, we have crafted a variety of broths that highlight the integrity of each and every ingredient. Each bowl has its own unique flavor profile. Chef Hiroyuki Masato prides himself in serving only the freshest ingredients locally and from Japan. We are proud to serve Japanese craft beer, craft sake, shochu and comfort food for all palettes and cravings. At Iki Ramen, we try to source the most humanely raised, organic meats as possible. The chefs slowly braise Niman Ranch pork to make the pork stock, while Jidori is the basis of the chicken broth. You can also find ramen made with compound truffle butter, a spicy miso ramen suitable for vegans and burnt garlic tonkotsu with sweet corn.
