Central to the dining room on the ground-floor is the open-theatre kitchen, which offers close-up views of the chefs cooking. Heading downstairs to the downstairs restaurant guests can pull up a seat at the striking timber bar to enjoy a drink or two before, or after dinner.

Fresh, homemade pasta takes centre stage again alongside antipasti and dolci and is joined by a breakfast menu available at the weekends with highlights including Truffle Scrambled Eggs, Tuscan Sausage and Fried Egg Panino or freshly baked Fruit Pastries.
