Welcome to the first [m]eatery bar + restaurant ever: in Hamburg! Since 2009 we have been in an illustrious neighborhood - in the middle of the ultra-modern SIDE Design Hotel and only a few steps away from the State Opera, the Gänsemarkt and the Binnenalster. We get hot here - because the original Southbend Grill from the USA is used for our meat. Our steaks develop their incomparable taste at a heat of 800 °C and remain heavenly tender, pink and juicy.
