Wauce is a Dominican-born multidisciplinary artist based in the NYC area. His DJ sets trace diasporic African rhythms through contemporary dance music with no particular focus in genre, or tempo. Deep House, Jersey Club, or Salsa could be made to play nice with each other within his sets — each an ongoing attempt to reconcile and reinvent identity through sound.
