SUMMARY:Mari Froes
DESCRIPTION:Mari Froes is a Brazilian singer-songwriter whose music flows from the deepest roots of Brazilian Popular Music — weaving together rhythm\, emotion\, and a distinctly contemporary voice. Her artistry is defined by an authentic relationship with Brazilian cultural identity\, translated into sound with rare clarity and intention. She began her recording career in 2019 with the singles Moça and Rosa e Laranja\, followed by her debut EP Nebulosa in 2020\, which surpassed 20 million streams and established her as one of Brazil’s most compelling emerging voices. Her recent singles Vaitimbora and Figa de Guiné marked a turning point in her international reach\, charting strongly across multiple territories and earning Platinum certifications in France\, Belgium\, Portugal\, and Switzerland — a testament to the universal resonance of her sound. The releases cemented her position not only as a leading voice in contemporary Brazilian music\, but as a genuine force in the global market. That momentum translated powerfully to the stage. Across 2025 and 2026\, Mari performed more than 80 dates throughout Europe\, with the majority of venues selling out — an extraordinary achievement for a Brazilian artist at this stage of her international career. The tour confirmed a devoted and rapidly growing fanbase far beyond Brazil’s borders. Today\, Mari commands a fanbase of over 9.5 million across platforms — including more than 5 million monthly listeners on Spotify\, 1.4 million followers on Instagram\, 2 million on TikTok\, and over 1 million subscribers on YouTube. In June 2026\, she releases her debut album on Sony Music\, marking a new chapter in an already remarkable trajectory. That September and October\, she takes the stage across the United States and Canada on her first North American tour — bringing her music to new audiences in what promises to be the next defining chapter of an exceptional career.
