BAR SHUKA restaurant, located in the 25hours Hotel The Trip, is a tribute to the oriental market. Shuk stands for marketplace. With this restaurant, the two brothers James and David Ardinast go back to their roots more than ever before and quote from them: well-known dishes and flavours from Middle Eastern cuisine meet regional Frankfurt ingredients, with accents from Yiddish cuisine here and there.
