Established in 2015 in SoHo, MAMO takes its name after the family nickname of Mikaël ´Mamo’ Mammoliti. Inspired by the tradition and warmth of his Italian grandfather Angelo 'Mamo' Mammoliti and raised in the restaurant industry in the South of France with his father, Mike with the help of his partners Chef Salvatore Marcello and Steven Fruman brought a modern twist on Italian nostalgia by introducing MAMO.
