The bar is a personal project from a trio of hard-working industry veterans, namely Gillian Fitzgerald (PSBS, Virgils Sea room, Nickies and Wesburger ), Seán ODonovan (Nickies & Driftwood), and Chris Hastings (Lookout & Wesburger).
Fitzgerald & ODonovan are Irish, from counties Meath & Clare, respectively, and have been spilling guinness since they were teenagers.
