We will embrace, engage, educate, and empower our students and community to transform lives locally and globally. CSU is governed by a Board of Trustees appointed by the Governor of Illinois. The University's five colleges- Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, Health Sciences and Pharmacy offer over 36 undergraduate and 27 graduate degree granting programs.
