Nhau is the Vietnamese word for the act of convivial eating and drinking. The Blind Goat is a modern Vietnamese gastropub from Christine Ha, winner of MasterChef season 3. It was recognized as a James Beard Award Best New Restaurant in America semi-finalist in 2020.
