The French cow crepes shop was established in 2015 by a French Detroiter, Marie Wallace who immigrated from France to Detroit in 2004 and wanted to bring her love for crepes to the United States. The French Cow began as a pop-up at the Eastern Market and has grown to cater multiple events throughout the region.
