We push the limits with our beer and let the Pacific Northwest landscape, culture, and people inspire us to produce award-winning hop forward IPAs and ales, German-inspired and modern American lagers, and mixed-culture Heritage Beers.
Our food menu, full of what we consider elevated pub food, is highlighted by the house-smoked meats and handcrafted pizzas made in our scratch kitchen.
The inspiration for both our beer and food come from the regional ingredients available to us in this part of the country - hops and fruit, in particular!
Were grounded, but our beer and food are anything but as we stretch them to the limits to provide something for everyone.
And our name? The grandmother of our managing founder, Tom S. Cook, immigrated from Germany. Her name was Ebert, which roughly translates to boar in German. Von Ebert translates to "of the house of Ebert.
